Graphic Facilitation & Live Visual Recording.
Live Graphic Recording at the BCTF Women’s Institute 2026
February 20, 2026, I had the honour of live graphic recording the keynote address at the British Columbia Teachers’ Federation Women’s Institute, featuring Dr. Jill Andrew.
Working alongside colleague, Julia MacRae, in a parallel recording format, we created two large-scale visual interpretation in real time with each capturing the themes, emotional resonance and ideas of the keynote as they unfolded.
The result was two distinct yet complementary visual pieces that continue to extend the impact of the keynote beyond the moment itself.
This experience affirmed my new found love of visual facilitation and strengthened my commitment to offer graphic recording services for conferences, leadership gatherings, and educational events across British Columbia.
